Our network groups

We're proud to have four employee networking groups, created as part of our Belonging@MO initiative, which ensure that our colleagues feel empowered to be their whole selves and thrive within our organisation.

The network groups are led by individuals from across the organisation and anyone is welcome to join. They feed into executive thinking and decision making.

Our workspaces are not only hubs for providing space for creativity and collaboration but they are also designed to meet the highest possible environmental standards and first-rate disability access.

Our newest office in Edinburgh opened in September 2020 features modern purpose-built concepts such as video conference pods, gender neutral toilets and changing facilities, a restaurant and coffee shop together with a Wellbeing room for employees to take time out of their day. We also offer the facilities of our Edinburgh office to external friends of the Scheme to use for meetings.
